Custom silicone automotive buttons can carry printed, embossed, or recessed identification as part of a molded control layout. The visible mark should be developed with the button face so that it remains useful in the installed vehicle position. Color options can also distinguish functions within the interface.
Consider where the finger first contacts each button. A curved or narrow face may need a different legend placement from a broad key, and raised identification should not unintentionally change the main pressure point. The supporting rubber and internal mechanism must still provide the intended movement beneath the finished surface.
Check the assembled control from its normal viewing and operating positions. Confirm that the housing does not catch the button sides and that each key releases fully. Select the material and marking method for the expected handling and cleaning exposure. Keep the base correctly located during installation, and inspect for folds before fastening the housing. Preserve the original orientation and support arrangement whenever the keypad is removed during vehicle servicing.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
