Rubber feet for equipment should be evaluated with the machine or device in its normal connected condition. Attached cables, hoses, or accessories can change how the base rests even when the bare equipment appears stable. The custom supports need to fit the receiving features and the operating arrangement together.
Check whether a connection pulls one side of the base upward or creates a sideways force during use. The intended feet should carry the support load, with nearby housing edges remaining clear. Altering the cable route may correct a changed stance that would otherwise be attributed to one rubber foot.
Select the compound for the local temperature, contact surface, and cleaning process. Secure the feet through the equipment's developed attachment rather than using a similar cap from another application. A step-ladder support has different setup and safety requirements and is not an automatic substitute. During servicing, restore the normal connections before checking the base again. Inspect any foot that repeatedly shifts, together with the force reaching it from the surrounding installation.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The intended feet should carry the support load, with nearby housing edges remaining clear. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
