Rubber solid tire wheels for toys should be developed around a consistent rolling shape and a secure connection to the wheel assembly. The tire's inner profile and its relationship to the rim or hub matter as much as outside diameter. An uneven fit can make the wheel rise and fall as it turns.
Custom material, dimensions, hardness and color allow the tire to follow the toy design. Evaluate the selected compound and retained construction for the intended users and play conditions. Check clearance to the body and neighboring wheels with the full axle arrangement assembled.
Roll the completed toy on representative surfaces and inspect for wobble, side rubbing or movement of the tire relative to its support. A solid construction does not by itself establish suitability for every load or use. During inspection, remove debris and look for splits around the retention area. If the hub geometry changes, reassess the internal fit rather than selecting a tire only by the same outer size. The complete wheel should remain correctly located throughout the intended handling.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
