Rubber tires for toy trucks need clearance at their side faces as well as around the tread. During a turn, a tire may approach the chassis differently from its straight-ahead position. The custom width should be chosen with that movement in view rather than judged only by the truck's appearance.
Move the assembled steering arrangement through its intended range where the toy includes steering. Watch the inside face near the frame and the outside face near any bodywork. A rubbing mark on one side can indicate a clearance issue even when the wheel spins freely while the toy is lifted. Check with the truck in its normal supported position.
Keep the developed hub retention while comparing tire profiles, and select the compound for the finished toy's users and play conditions. No material name establishes a universal traction result. During care, clear trapped material beside the wheel before examining the rubber for wear. If rubbing begins after a repair, compare the axle and body positions before assuming that the tire alone needs a different size.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
