A rubber grip for a tool handle should support the way the hand applies force to that particular tool. A pushing action, a pulling action, and a twisting action place different demands on the grip profile and its attachment to the tool body. The outer shape and internal retention should be developed with those actions in mind.
Material selection also depends on the working environment. EPDM and silicone references identify different material options; they should not be treated as interchangeable for every fluid, temperature, or cleaning exposure. The chosen formulation and molded geometry need to suit the intended conditions together.
Try the grip on the actual tool, including its transitions to guards, shafts, or other hard surfaces. Check whether the hand encounters an abrupt edge and whether the flexible part shifts when force changes direction. A rubber covering does not by itself make a tool electrically insulated. After use, remove residues that affect hand contact and inspect any looseness at the support interface. A stable outer surface depends on the grip staying firmly located underneath.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
