A Self adhesive furniture foot pad adds a flexible contact beneath a furniture support. Its outline should stay within the usable foot area so an overhanging edge does not become the first part to catch when the furniture is repositioned.
ETOL can adapt size, material, hardness, color and structure. Check the underside of the foot as it actually meets the floor, including any angle that reduces its contact footprint. Choose the pad around that area and the available bonding surface.
Prepare the substrate, align the pad before pressing it down and follow the chosen adhesive's bonding conditions. After installation, inspect the edges with the furniture standing normally. A pad that projects beyond a slanted foot may peel even if the center is well bonded. Lift the furniture when moving it and remove grit from the rubber face during care. If a pad becomes displaced, clean the mounting area and replace it in a corrected position rather than repeatedly pressing the contaminated adhesive back into place.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
