Custom silicone rubber remote push buttons should be developed around the distance between the underlying contacts and the outside of the case. The visible height affects finger access, while the hidden actuator and flexible section determine the available movement. Both sides of the button need to suit the assembled remote.
Check the keys after the case is fully closed. A button can feel responsive before assembly but catch on its opening when the housing is secured. Trial presses from the normal thumb direction, particularly on controls close to a curved edge of the remote.
Select the finished silicone for repeated handling and cleaning. Keep the pad located without stretching it over the board or trapping a corner beneath the case. During maintenance, inspect the flexible regions around frequently used keys for rubbing. A replacement should match actuator height and locating features as well as its exposed shape. Matching only the top appearance can leave the new button resting too close to its contact or unable to complete its travel.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
