A rubber power button should be recognizable within the surrounding control panel while remaining appropriate for how the product is handled. This custom silicone keypad can be sized and colored for the intended layout, with engraved or embossed identification. Hardness can be selected within the available 20 to 80 Shore A range as the button geometry is developed.
Consider the moments when the equipment is carried, adjusted or cleaned. The power control should not sit where ordinary handling unintentionally presses it. Its height and the surrounding enclosure can be evaluated together to balance accessibility with protection from casual contact. The electrical function remains a matter for the completed equipment design.
Try the control from the position in which the user normally reaches it. Check that a deliberate press can be completed without catching a neighboring key and that the rubber returns clear of the switch. During upkeep, remove residue near the opening and inspect for a trapped edge. A power button that remains partly depressed needs its mounting and movement corrected before regular use continues.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
