A silicone door handle cover places a flexible layer over a hard handle, changing the surface that the hand touches and covering exposed edges. The cover needs to follow the handle's shape closely enough to stay in position during turning or pulling. A loose sleeve can rotate independently of the handle and make operation feel uncertain.
Check the clearance near the handle base, where the moving lever meets its rose or mounting plate. The cover must not bunch into this gap or interfere with the lever returning to rest. Also check the door's full swing so the added thickness does not create an unexpected contact point against a wall or adjacent fitting.
Fit the sleeve onto a clean handle and inspect its position after several normal operations. Avoid leaving the end partly stretched over a sharp corner. Surface cushioning does not replace a door stop or prevent all contact injuries. Clean the cover when residue builds up, and replace it if splitting or persistent slipping affects a secure grip.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. Also check the door's full swing so the added thickness does not create an unexpected contact point against a wall or adjacent fitting. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
