A conductive carbon pill forms the contact feature beneath a compatible silicone electronic key. When the key moves in its intended assembly, that feature meets the corresponding circuit area. The molded keypad and the board layout must agree in both position and operating travel.
Check the pill location relative to the key's support geometry. A key that tilts substantially during an edge press can bring the contact down differently from a central press. The housing should guide the movement without trapping the flexible wall or holding the key partly depressed at rest.
ETOL customizes the keypad dimensions and color around the electronic product. Define the contact arrangement together with the molded shape rather than treating the conductive feature as an interchangeable addition to any button. During assembly, protect the underside from oils, dust and adhesive. Verify the response with the actual board after the case is closed.
If a key becomes intermittent, inspect the seating, travel and contact cleanliness before changing any surface. Scraping or coating the pill can change the electrical interface. A correct replacement should preserve the contact placement and key geometry that the board was designed to use.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
