A Silicone Push Button Cover adds a flexible surface over the intended actuation area. Its underside needs enough clearance for the button to rest and move correctly, while the outer edge should remain located on the surrounding assembly.
ETOL can customize size, hardness, color and molded identification. Establish the resting height of the underlying button and the travel needed for input before choosing the cover profile. A cover that fits the outside opening may still preload the mechanism beneath it.
Fit the part without stretching its edge and check the complete control after the housing is secured. Press from the normal user direction and release slowly, watching for sticking or a section that remains depressed. Evaluate the response with the intended switch and electronics. During service, keep debris from accumulating under the cover and inspect the flexible junctions for tears. If actuation changes after reassembly, inspect the hidden clearance and locating fit first rather than pressing harder on the cover to overcome an obstruction.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
