Silicone single button membrane geometry provides a flexible connection between the pressing face and the retained base. This custom keypad component is suited to a single operating position where the surrounding shape can be developed around the product enclosure. Size, hardness, color, and identifying details can follow the device design.
The membrane requires clearance throughout the intended button movement. Place housing supports so that they retain the base without pressing on the region that needs to flex. The height of the exposed face also affects how easily a finger can apply force from the side.
Test the button with the enclosure closed and the internal mechanism in place. A loose molded part cannot show how clamping and actuator position will influence its return. Check short presses, longer holds, and release from an off-center touch. Keep the flexible web free of nicks during installation, especially when guiding the button through a close opening. For care, follow the finished device's cleaning method and avoid forcing sharp objects around the moving edge.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
