Custom silicone water bottle plugs close a selected bottle opening while leaving an area available for removal. The inserted profile and the exposed grip should be designed together. A plug that seals at an awkward depth can become inconvenient to remove even when its visible shape appears simple.
Match the contact band to the bottle neck and set the intended insertion position before use. Keep the grip clear of the rim so it can be reached without a tool. The finished material should suit drinking-water contact and the planned cleaning conditions. Evaluate the closure on the actual bottle, including normal removal and refitting, instead of judging the fit only from the first tight insertion. Clean residue from the contact region after handling and allow the plug to dry before storage. Inspect for a nick where the rim touches the rubber. If the plug starts sitting deeper or becomes loose with repeated use, replace it with the correct profile rather than pushing it farther into the bottle.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
