A soft silicone keypad provides flexible numeric keys for a matching mobile control. The molded layout should agree with the housing and internal switching arrangement, allowing the keys to move individually and return after pressing. Custom geometry can accommodate the size available on the device.
Review the keypad while the device is held in its normal position. A thumb press may arrive at an angle and cover more than one small key face. Spacing and panel clearance should help distinguish the intended input without holding adjacent rubber sections down.
Check the outer rows after the case is secured, because the retained perimeter can affect their movement differently from the center. The keypad needs stable location above the board rather than extra pressure from the housing to keep it aligned. During assembly, protect the underside from dust and residue. For care, clear buildup from the visible key gaps without forcing contamination inside the device. If a key feels different after repair, inspect the pad position and panel opening before altering the molded silicone or its supporting contact.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
