Small rubber key buttons can be molded in special shapes to fit an irregular control layout. The custom outline may follow a curved panel edge or an available space between other controls. That outline should still provide a pressing surface that moves naturally over its intended internal support.
An asymmetric key can be pressed at several different points. Review the longer end, narrower areas, and corners as well as the center. If the internal support is poorly positioned, an edge press can tilt the key into the enclosure opening. The locating geometry and side clearance should keep the intended movement free throughout the usable surface.
Color and marking can reinforce the key's role in the interface. Keep legends on the visible working area and orient them for the assembled panel. During fitting, ensure that an irregular key has not been reversed into a nearly matching position. Protect thin details from sharp tools and check the return after the surrounding housing is fully secured.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
