A small silicone clear grommet provides a molded interface around a cable opening while allowing a transparent appearance. The visible finish and contact surfaces should remain clean during assembly so trapped particles or local damage are easier to identify.
ETOL can customize dimensions, material, color and identification features. Match the retaining profile to the panel and choose the bore around the finished cable covering. Keep any branding away from areas that must seat consistently against the opening or cable.
Handle the part without dragging it over a dirty bench or sharp hardware. Seat the rim evenly and inspect the passage after the lead is threaded. Transparency does not replace checking the hidden lip, especially where the cable obscures the view. During maintenance, remove residue with a method compatible with the selected material and inspect for cuts or permanent distortion. If the entry becomes displaced, correct the cable route or seating cause before refitting rather than simply pressing the visible face against the panel again.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. If the entry becomes displaced, correct the cable route or seating cause before refitting rather than simply pressing the visible face against the panel again. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
