Match the attachment and installation method
Silicone rubber foot tips can be customized in different colors to coordinate with furniture or another supported item. Color should be selected after the receiving profile and contact geometry are defined. Two tips that look alike from the outside can have different internal depths or wall sections.
Match the tip to the actual end it covers, including any taper or corner detail. The base should meet the supporting surface in the intended position rather than roll onto a sidewall. The formulation needs evaluation on the actual surface finish; color alone does not establish non-marking behavior or material identity.
Check the fitted tips as a set before judging the final appearance. During cleaning, inspect lighter or darker contact areas for embedded particles and wear rather than assuming a clean-looking color means the underside is undamaged. Replace loose or split tips with the defined size and material so an appearance change does not inadvertently alter support height, retention or the contact surface beneath the item.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
