A conductive silicone rubber button brings the operating surface and contact function together in a molded part. For a control intended to resist moisture entry, the perimeter arrangement deserves attention alongside the button itself. The surrounding housing, its joint, and the way the rubber is retained determine the completed interface.
Custom dimensions allow the button and its base to follow the available opening. The perimeter needs consistent support without restricting the flexible region that moves during a press. Too much local clamping can alter key travel, while uneven seating can leave an unintended path around the edge.
Evaluate the assembled control through its intended operation and environmental conditions. Press the button from normal user positions and check that it returns fully without dragging against the housing. Protection should be assessed at the device level, including other joints and openings, rather than attributed to the silicone alone.
During assembly, keep the conductive surface clean and locate it over the corresponding circuit contact. Inspect the outer seat before fastening the enclosure. If the product is opened for maintenance, restore the rubber to the same supported position and recheck operation before returning it to use.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
