A waterproof rubber cover is intended to form a protective closure around a matching connector. Its useful fit depends on the connector body and any shoulder or recess that locates the cap. ETOL can customize dimensions, color and compound for the chosen interface.
Identify which surface is intended to provide the closing contact. The cover may need to clear one shoulder before reaching another region, and a nearby cable or enclosure lip can restrict its travel. Check the fully seated position with the surrounding assembly present. Do not judge engagement only from a snug feeling during the first part of insertion.
Evaluate the required water exclusion on the complete fitted connector and cover, including the contact formed at the intended seating region. Keep the contact region clean, especially after the connector has been used outdoors or in a dusty area. During repeated access, inspect for a rim that curls or a wall that has stretched. Restore a correct fit by replacing a damaged cover rather than adding material inside it to create extra pressure.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
