Custom industrial rubber feet mounts should be developed around the support arrangement of the complete equipment. Each mounting position contributes to how the base rests, and differences in installed height or alignment can change the contact distribution across the set.
Choose the molded geometry and compound for the required environment and attachment. Define the supported area, available compression space and surrounding clearances. An anti-vibration description does not establish a quantified isolation result or load rating for an unspecified configuration.
Evaluate the fitted mounts with the equipment in its designated operating condition. Inspect for rocking, uneven compression or a nearby hard component contacting the supporting surface. If one mount appears more compressed than the others, examine the base and attachment positions before changing only that component's hardness.
During maintenance, keep the selected configurations identified and check for movement at the mount interfaces. Replacements should preserve the intended height and attachment as well as the rubber formulation. An apparently similar foot can redistribute support across the assembly if its installed dimensions differ from the design being maintained.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. Each mounting position contributes to how the base rests, and differences in installed height or alignment can change the contact distribution across the set. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
