Develop holes, lips and walls around the mating parts
Match the attachment and installation method
Transparent silicone hole caps in a nominal 25 mm configuration should be matched to the actual opening and retained profile. The size reference is a starting point; the fitting diameter, head width and insertion depth all need to correspond to the intended assembly.
Custom molding allows the dimensions, material, color and suitable logo details to be developed for the application. Compare the visible head with the available surrounding space, especially near an edge or another opening. The transparent appearance may assist some visual positioning checks, but its clarity depends on the finished section and formulation.
Fit the cap onto a clean opening and inspect the seating boundary rather than relying only on what is visible through the body. If the retained section does not reach its designed seat, examine the opening depth and local obstructions before applying more force. During removal, protect the contact edge from cuts and inspect it before reuse, since a clear outer face can remain presentable despite damage underneath.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The size reference is a starting point; the fitting diameter, head width and insertion depth all need to correspond to the intended assembly. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose a blind-hole, tapered, undercut or solid T-shaped profile, then compare its dimensions with the opening and available seating depth. Each profile has its own drawing and dimension meanings.
155 T-shaped plug sizes. Match shank diameter A, head diameter B, shank length C and head thickness D. E is the bottom blind-hole diameter; E = 0 indicates a solid shank.
