A rubber stopper used as a chair foot cover should fit the leg end and establish the intended contact beneath it. For a natural rubber version, select the finished formulation for the floor surface and cleaning conditions. The internal profile and depth need to follow the actual leg rather than its visible width alone.
Check the chair with all covers installed. A replacement of a different height or base shape can change how it rests, even when the cover fits tightly over the leg. The working surface should contact as intended without an edge folding beneath the load.
Keep grit out of the base contact and inspect the cover for wear through the bottom. Avoid dragging a damaged tip across the floor. During removal, look inside for a sharp leg edge that may have cut the rubber from within. Replace a split or loose cover with the matching geometry, and reassess the complete chair's standing position rather than judging only the fit of the new part.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
