A silicone chair legs cap covers the end of a chair leg and changes both its floor contact and its external outline. Where chairs are stacked or stored closely together, the cap must also leave the required clearance between adjoining frames. A thicker protective cover can interfere with a storage arrangement that was designed around a smaller foot.
Compare the leg profile with the cap's internal shape and check the fitted outside dimensions in the actual chair configuration. The base should be fully seated, with the rim clear of any brace or taper that would roll it downward. Matching color does not compensate for an incorrect receiving size.
After fitting the set, assess the chair standing normally and during its intended storage movement. Avoid forcing stacked frames past a protruding cap, which can peel it away from the leg. Clean the contact faces before returning chairs to a finished floor. Replace caps that no longer stay seated so the next move does not expose the hard leg end unexpectedly.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
