Speaker mounting feet for equipment provide discrete rubber contact points below an enclosure. Their placement should follow the base structure and the position of heavier internal components. Evenly spaced feet are not necessarily evenly loaded when most of the weight is concentrated toward one side.
Choose the rubber geometry and material for the actual support conditions. SBR and NBR alternatives need to be evaluated as distinct formulations, including their response to the expected environment. The finished foot height must also leave any required clearance beneath the enclosure without making the device unstable.
Check the equipment on its intended surface after all feet are installed. Watch for one support carrying little contact while another visibly compresses. Correct the support arrangement or component choice rather than adding unplanned layers beneath a single corner. During servicing, inspect the base around each attachment as well as the rubber itself. A secure foot cannot compensate for a damaged mounting point that lets the enclosure move independently of the support.

FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
