Rubber speaker mounts support a cabinet through flexible contact points, but the cabinet's surrounding connections can also influence how it rests. A taut cable pulled toward a wall can place sideways force on a small speaker, causing the supports to lean or the cabinet to shift. Mount selection should therefore be considered alongside cable routing and shelf space.
Leave suitable slack at connections without trapping cables beneath the feet. Keep the mounts within the cabinet's supported base area and allow room for their normal compression. The intended mounting method should retain each part when the speaker is lifted or repositioned.
Evaluate the complete arrangement for stable contact before considering any vibration-related result. Rubber supports do not establish a universal acoustic benefit, and a loose shelf fitting can remain a source of movement. During routine cleaning, inspect whether a mount has crept from its original position or developed an uneven profile. Restore the planned support layout if cable changes or furniture adjustments have altered the cabinet's resting position.

FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
