An adjustable chair rubber leg cap should be selected with the screw connection and the chair's support geometry. The molded contact part and adjustable attachment work together to establish the installed position. Custom dimensions and material can follow the specific chair design.
Check the receiving thread, usable engagement, and the adjustment range intended by the chair. The cap should remain securely supported throughout that range. Extending a screw farther to compensate for an unrelated frame problem may leave the connection outside its designed position.
Set the chair on its intended surface and adjust through the specified method so that the relevant support points meet consistently. The rubber contact face should remain properly oriented rather than resting on an edge. Inspect the attachment after adjustment and during normal maintenance for loosening or movement. Keep grit off the contact surface. Replace damaged components with the matching thread, cap profile, and permitted adjustment arrangement so that the chair's original support system is preserved.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The molded contact part and adjustable attachment work together to establish the installed position. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
