Product Overview

A BIIR rubber solid stopper can be custom molded for a bottle closure, with the 14.4 mm designation related to the required working dimension. Establish the complete body profile, insertion length and exposed cap area against the bottle neck. One nominal measurement does not define every surface involved in seating the stopper.

Select the finished BIIR formulation for the intended contents and contact conditions. The cap and body should be evaluated together with the bottle, including the method used to insert and remove the closure. Check whether a shoulder controls position and whether sufficient exterior remains accessible after fitting.

During handling, keep the region that enters the bottle free of debris. Inspect the neck and stopper before assembly so an irregular rim or damaged rubber edge does not interrupt contact. Avoid exchanging similarly sized closures solely because their caps appear alike. A replacement should match the specified body and material requirements, and any part with persistent deformation or cuts should be removed from the intended closing arrangement.

Material options
BIIR. Custom formulation and color for the intended contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Rubber: 30–90 Shore A. Choose firmness with the BIIR stopper body and bottle neck fit, comparing insertion and removal feel without relying on nominal diameter alone.
Custom dimensions
Establish the complete body profile, insertion length and exposed cap area against the bottle neck.
Fit & assembly
Check whether a shoulder controls position and whether sufficient exterior remains accessible after fitting.
Use & inspection
Inspect the neck and stopper before assembly so an irregular rim or damaged rubber edge does not interrupt contact.

Stopper & Plug Size Catalog

Choose a blind-hole, tapered, undercut or solid T-shaped profile, then compare its dimensions with the opening and available seating depth. Each profile has its own drawing and dimension meanings.

RST Blind-Hole Plugs

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
