An NBR rubber damper can be customized as a rubber foot or contact component in a mechanical assembly. The profile should reflect whether the part supports a standing item or meets another component during movement. These uses place different demands on the contacting area and the space available for deformation.
For a foot, check its supported area and the way the mounted item rests on it. For a contact buffer, evaluate where the moving part meets the rubber and whether the force is centered on the intended face. The surrounding mechanism determines the buffering behavior; a molded rubber component should not be assumed to contain a hydraulic damping system.
Choose the finished NBR compound for the actual conditions and evaluate the complete arrangement in operation. During maintenance, look for off-center contact marks or abrasion at an exposed edge. Keep grit out of the interface, and replace a damaged component with the correct working profile. Repeated damage in the same area warrants checking alignment and available movement before changing the rubber alone.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
