A small silicone rubber plug with hole provides two related interfaces: its outer body fits the opening, and its internal passage accommodates the specified through-component. The thickness of rubber remaining around the hole should suit the intended geometry without local overstretching.
ETOL can customize dimensions, materials, hardness and colors. Define the passage location and the finished size of the tube or wire before selecting the outer profile. An apparently centered hole can become offset in use if the through-component is pulled sideways by its support.
Fit the parts without dragging sharp ends against the bore. Seat the outer plug and then secure the routed component in its intended position, checking that the rubber has not distorted. Evaluate any required sealing function with both interfaces assembled. During removal, support the through-component separately rather than using it to lever the plug from the opening. Inspect the hole edge and outer seat for damage before reuse, and reassess the profile if a replacement tube or cable changes the contact dimensions.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
