A micro USB port cover closes the matching opening when no cable is connected. Its small profile should follow the port and the surrounding recess, keeping the closure practical for equipment that is charged or connected regularly. ETOL customizes the cover's dimensions, compound and color to suit the enclosure.
The useful shape includes both the inserted region and the portion that the user grips. A cover can fit the connector correctly yet be awkward to remove if the housing leaves too little finger space. Check access with nearby connectors occupied and with the device in its normal handling position. The cap should seat without pushing against internal contacts or catching on the port surround.
During assembly evaluation, repeat the closing motion rather than judging a single insertion. Look for an edge that rolls when pressed from one side. Keep the removed cover somewhere clean, and wipe loose dust from the mating area before refitting. Its condition is easiest to inspect while the port is already open for use.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
