A flexible rubber end cap covers a USB connection area with a silicone part matched to its housing. The custom shape should match the intended connector or surrounding housing, since USB interfaces can have different outlines and recess depths. The space beside the connection also matters when the cover needs to be removed regularly.
Check that the cap can be gripped without pulling on an adjacent cable or scraping against another port. A cover that fits the empty enclosure may become awkward once neighboring connections are occupied. Its insertion depth should protect the intended opening without pressing against delicate internal features. Size and color can be tailored to the device arrangement.
Trial removal and replacement with the surrounding equipment assembled. The waterproof title is not a numerical protection rating, so any required water exclusion needs evaluation with the complete port enclosure. Keep dirt off the cap before refitting and never push a particle into the connector under the rubber. Replace a split or loose edge before it allows the cover to fall away during ordinary handling.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
