Rubber feet for desks can be developed as molded end components matched to the desk support. Crutch-foot versions are a separate application with different support requirements, so matching outside dimensions do not make the two interchangeable. The common feature is a rubber contact at the end of a rigid member.
For a desk or other fixed support, the foot needs to sit squarely and preserve the intended height. For a mobility device, compatibility with that specific device must be established; a furniture foot should not be substituted because it happens to fit over the tube. The attachment and load requirements must follow the particular support design.
Size, color and material can be customized. Measure the original support interface, including its end profile and seating depth, instead of copying the shape of a worn cap. Inspect the rubber base for embedded grit and wear that exposes the underlying member. Keep replacement parts identifiable by their intended use so that similar-looking tips are not mixed during maintenance or assembly.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
