Black rubber chair feet provide a discreet contact component beneath a dark furniture frame. The visible color is only one part of the specification. The bumper also needs a suitable mounting profile and a base that meets the floor correctly when installed on the finished furniture.
For a coordinated appearance, inspect the molded sample beside the actual frame coating. Black finishes can differ in gloss and surface texture even when their color names match. Decide which surfaces remain visible after assembly and identify any appearance requirements on the drawing. Where the bumper sits partly inside a leg or bracket, the hidden portion should be dimensioned for retention rather than adjusted only to improve the visible outline.
Review floor contact with the chair in its normal standing position. An angled leg can shift pressure toward one edge, and differences in installed height can produce uneven support. ETOL can discuss custom geometry, material and hardness to suit the proposed arrangement. Test compatibility with the intended floor finish rather than assuming that black color establishes either marking or non-marking behavior.
Install black rubber bumpers on clean mating components and confirm that each one reaches its intended seat. Before using the furniture on a finished floor, remove molding or assembly debris from the contact faces. Inspect the bases after representative chair movement and look for wear that exposes the supporting hardware or changes the chair's resting position. Replace loose or damaged parts according to the furniture specification. For a quotation, include the leg-end drawing, a frame-finish reference and the flooring used for evaluation. An approved fitted sample can then serve as the reference for both the visual match and the working dimensions on future orders.

FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
