This rubber chair leg tip puts rubber between the leg and floor. Custom dimensions and colors allow it to suit the furniture profile. Several compound choices are available, with hardness options ranging from 30 to 90 Shore A.
Inspect the bare chair leg before installing a replacement. A rough tube end or damaged edge can bear into the inside bottom of the tip. Even a correctly sized cover can wear prematurely if that concentrated contact remains. Fit the leg fully into its intended seating position, with the floor-contact base beneath it rather than folded to one side.
After installation, set the chair down normally on its intended floor and check that all legs make balanced contact without rocking. Examine the tips periodically for a thinning center or exposed leg end. Avoid dragging the chair across trapped grit, which can damage the floor even when the rubber itself is still intact.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The chair tip needs a fully supported sole beneath the leg and an internal seat matched to the leg end. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
