Silicone rubber tubing caps cover the tube exterior and its exposed end. The overlap along the tube helps establish the fitted position, while the closed portion covers the opening. Custom dimensions allow those two areas to be matched to the tubing instead of selecting a cover by outside appearance alone.
Consider how far the cap should slide on and what limits that movement. If a nearby fitting stops the mouth early, the tube may not reach the intended position inside the cap. Conversely, pushing too far can concentrate force against the closed end. Measure the available straight length as well as the tube's outside profile. Deburr the tube and fit the cap evenly, keeping its mouth square to the axis. After removal during servicing, check for a ring-shaped cut inside the closed portion, which can reveal contact with an unfinished tube edge. Keep the cap cavity free of loose particles before refitting it so those particles are not transferred into the tube opening.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The overlap along the tube helps establish the fitted position, while the closed portion covers the opening. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Compare inside diameter A with the outside of the part being covered. Check inside depth C and overall dimensions B and D for available clearance. These RSE references show a round cap with one closed end.
43 closed-end cap sizes. A is the inside diameter and C is the usable internal depth; B and D describe the outside envelope.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
