Product Overview

Non slip bumper feet are used where a furniture contact point needs an elastomer surface with appropriate grip against the supporting finish. Their effectiveness depends on the pairing of materials and the forces applied to the furniture. A rubber base that feels grippy in the hand can behave differently on polished wood, coated metal or a dusty floor, so evaluation should use the actual intended surface.

Consider the direction in which movement occurs. A light sideways push, a repeated opening action and an unevenly loaded item can produce different demands at the feet. Record the furniture weight, support spacing and usual handling action when discussing the application. The contact profile should stay properly seated rather than curling or rolling under the leg when a lateral force is applied.

ETOL provides custom molding options for the dimensions, compound, hardness and color. The sample should be checked for both resistance to unwanted movement and compatibility with the surface finish. If the project has a defined test method or acceptance criterion, include it with the inquiry. The term non slip does not establish a universal friction value, and the complete furniture arrangement should be assessed in its normal condition.

Fit non slip bumper feet to clean, correctly sized mounting points and verify that every intended support makes contact. Wipe the bases as part of routine care, since dust or polish residue may change their behavior. Check for embedded particles before placing furniture on a delicate surface, and inspect retention after the furniture has been moved. If a foot begins to roll sideways, investigate its shape, fit and loading instead of assuming a softer material will solve the problem. Supply a sample of the flooring or coating when practical so the proposed compound can be reviewed against a representative contact surface.

Material options
Custom rubber compound and color, selected for the contact conditions and required geometry.
Hardness range
30–90 Shore A for rubber. Assess the grade against this fit requirement: If a foot begins to roll sideways, investigate its shape, fit and loading instead of assuming a softer material will solve the problem.
Custom profile & fit
The contact profile should stay properly seated rather than curling or rolling under the leg when a lateral force is applied.

Rubber Feet Size Catalog

Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.

Recessed Rubber Feet

12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
