Custom rubber walking stick tips form the contact point between a walking stick and the ground. The tip needs a secure internal fit on the stick and a suitable external contact surface for the intended use. These two interfaces should be assessed together, because a stable looking base can still move if the shaft is poorly seated inside it.
Match the internal profile and seating depth to the actual stick end. The shaft should reach its intended position without cutting the rubber or leaving the tip only partly engaged. Check the stick end for damage before fitting a replacement. The installed tip should remain correctly aligned when the stick is placed at the angles encountered in ordinary use.
Wear changes the ground contact surface over time. Inspect the tip regularly for an uneven base, splits, looseness, or material worn through near the shaft. Replace it when its condition no longer supports the intended use. Grip depends on the surface and any water or debris present, so a rubber tip should not be treated as a guarantee against slipping. Keep the contact area clean and use the correct replacement geometry.

Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
