Rubber feet for chair legs provide custom contact layers at the bottom of the furniture. The internal shape needs to match the leg where it seats, while the base follows the chair's normal angle to the floor. An outside shape that looks similar may conceal a different socket depth or taper.
Check the complete set of supports before replacing a foot. The installed heights should remain consistent so the chair does not rock. Clean the leg ends and remove burrs or sharp material that could cut the rubber from inside.
Seat each foot fully and inspect the chair on a level surface. The caps should remain located when the chair is lifted or moved. Keep grit out of the contact faces during cleaning and inspect for thinning near the hard leg end. Replace damaged feet before that end reaches the floor. The correct profile and selected compound should guide replacement rather than price or appearance alone, preserving the intended support and retention of the original arrangement.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
