Crutch rubber tips cover the lower end of the compatible support and place rubber against the floor. This entry is described as a wear-resistant floor protector, with custom material, size and color options. The term describes its purpose but does not supply a quantified wear life or device rating.
Wear needs to be checked at more than the outer edge. The support end can press into the inner base, and hard particles may become embedded underneath. Either condition can reduce the intended separation even while the sidewall looks intact. Use the correct replacement configuration for the device rather than selecting by a similar outside shape.
Check that the tip reaches its designed seat and cannot move independently of the support. Keep the contact surface clean and examine it before continued use. A punctured center or split rim calls for replacement, not an additional layer placed over the damaged tip. When fitting a new part, inspect the underlying support end so a sharp or damaged surface does not repeat the same wear pattern.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
