Square rubber tips should follow the leg profile they receive, including corner radii and any taper near the end. A round foot option may provide a different exterior contact shape, but its internal fit still needs to suit the actual support. The visible footprint should not be confused with the dimensions that retain the tip on the leg.
Check insertion depth and installed height as well as width. The leg should reach its intended load bearing position without cutting into a corner of the rubber. Select the compound for the actual floor surface and environment.
Fit the tip in line with the leg and inspect for a rolled wall or an incompletely seated end. Compare all supports together on the completed furniture or equipment. During care, remove grit from the underside and check for splitting at corners or loss of retention. Replace the intended profile instead of forcing a smaller tip onto a mismatched shape, which can overstress the rubber before it reaches normal use.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
