Square rubber feet tips need to match the leg section they fit and the surface they rest on. The internal square shape may locate the tip around the leg, while the external contact face determines how it sits under load. These profiles can differ, particularly around rounded corners and molded wall thickness.
Measure the leg across its mating faces and examine the corner radii. A tip that binds at the corners can stop short even when the nominal width appears correct. Check the insertion depth and remove burrs or sharp cut edges before fitting so that the leg does not gradually cut through the rubber.
After installing the set, place the product on a level supporting surface and check for rocking. Each tip should reach its intended seating depth without being twisted relative to the leg. Inspect the contact faces for wear and embedded grit during routine care. If a replacement changes the resting height or corner orientation, assess the complete support arrangement rather than judging fit from one leg alone.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
