Colored silicone bushes can be custom molded for receiving features that need a particular rubber interface. The special profile should follow the mounting area and any intended passage, while the color can distinguish a version or coordinate with the product. Mechanical fit remains independent of the visible color choice.
Check the dimensions at the actual seat, including depth, wall thickness, and any shoulder or groove. A bushing may look correct from the front but stop against an internal feature before it is fully seated. The part passing through it also needs the intended clearance.
Fit the bush cleanly without twisting or forcing the rubber around an incompatible feature. Inspect the complete seating area after the assembly is in its working position. Select the compound for the actual environment and cleaning exposure. If color identifies different versions, keep each color associated with its correct profile during service. Replacement should preserve the dimensional and material requirements as well as appearance, especially where several similar bushes are used within one product.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The special profile should follow the mounting area and any intended passage, while the color can distinguish a version or coordinate with the product. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
