Round rubber bumper pads provide circular contact regions beneath furniture feet or at other defined bumper positions. That shape can be convenient where the support does not need a fixed rotational orientation, but its diameter still has to suit the area carrying the load. A round pad partly overhanging its mounting surface cannot use its full footprint effectively.
Choose the thickness and attachment arrangement around the finished furniture. In a group of supports, compare installed heights and how each pad contacts the floor. If the pad is used as a bumper instead, check where the opposing surface meets it and whether that contact remains within the circular face.
Assess the furniture on the intended floor finish and under its expected use. Keep the underside clean so embedded grit does not change the contact. Inspect for uneven wear around the circumference, which can reveal a tilted support or an off center load. Replace a damaged pad before the furniture makes unintended hard contact, preserving the planned height and footprint at that location.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
