Small white round vibrating foot pads can be custom molded for a defined support point beneath equipment. The hard silicone option should be selected with the required pad dimensions and installed load. White appearance can suit the product design, but the complete support arrangement determines its operating behavior.
Check the footprint and height available at each position. A compact round pad needs a supported mounting area above it and an appropriate contact surface below. Different seating depths can alter how the equipment rests even when all pads share the same loose dimensions.
Evaluate the assembly under its normal load and operation. A hard rubber section does not by itself establish a particular vibration reduction. Install through the intended attachment method and verify stable contact across the base. During care, remove particles from the underside and inspect the pad edges for damage or movement. Use replacements that match the original section and material rather than selecting a visually similar white pad with a different installed height.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
