Black silicone rubber hole plugs with a T shaped profile combine an inserted stem with a wider head. The head gives the closure a stopping surface at the opening and a visible area for handling. Its width and thickness can be customized alongside the stem so that the part fits the surrounding product layout.
The underside of the head should meet the intended seating surface evenly. If the stem reaches an obstruction first, the head may remain raised; if the opening edge is uneven, one side can appear seated while the other is unsupported. Establish stem length, hole depth, and the available flat area together. Leave access to the head for the planned removal method rather than relying on a pointed tool beneath its edge.
For food contact use, select the silicone formulation for the actual food, contact conditions, and cleaning process. Black color and a familiar stopper shape do not define those requirements. Keep the stem and the underside of the head clean before closing the opening, and inspect the transition between them after removal for any damage caused by handling.

FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose a blind-hole, tapered, undercut or solid T-shaped profile, then compare its dimensions with the opening and available seating depth. Each profile has its own drawing and dimension meanings.
155 T-shaped plug sizes. Match shank diameter A, head diameter B, shank length C and head thickness D. E is the bottom blind-hole diameter; E = 0 indicates a solid shank.
