Rubber feet tips cover the ends of furniture legs and place a rubber contact surface between the leg and the floor. Custom sizes allow the tip to fit the leg profile instead of relying on an oversized cap. The contact area helps keep the hard leg end from bearing directly on the floor finish.
Measure the leg at the point where the tip will seat. A tapered or angled leg may need a different internal profile from a straight tube, and the base needs to meet the floor in the normal standing position. Check all feet together so the furniture remains level after installation.
Grip depends on the actual floor and its condition. Dust, liquid, or an uneven surface can change how the feet behave, so keep the contact areas clean and do not treat a tip as a guarantee against movement. Inspect the bottoms periodically for trapped grit or wear. Lift furniture when repositioning it where practical, rather than dragging a worn tip across the surface it is intended to protect.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
