These rubber feet tips push over table-leg ends to provide a cushioned contact with the supporting surface. Their retained fit matters when the table is moved into position: a loose tip may stay on the floor as the leg is lifted, while an excessively tight one can be difficult to seat completely.
Dimensions, compound, hardness and color are customizable. Match the finished leg and check for obstructive paint buildup or welds. Push the tip on squarely while the table is supported, then inspect the bottom face before applying weight.
Use matching seating depths across the table so one leg does not stand taller simply because its foot is partly fitted. Keep the contact faces clean and inspect them if the table begins to slide or rock. The rubber interface should complement a stable table structure; it should not be used to conceal a bent leg or a loose frame connection.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. Table-leg tips need matching seating depths so partially fitted rubber does not leave one support taller than the others. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
