Custom silicone rubber feet for chair applications can be developed around a firmer support feel and the required leg protection. The selected material configuration and molded shape should suit the chair, but hardness alone does not establish stability or wear life. The complete foot needs to fit the leg and meet the floor on its intended face.
Review the chair with the feet fully seated. A firmer part may conform differently to an angled leg or uneven contact surface, so check the installed geometry rather than judging it by hand feel. Each support should contribute to a stable stance without one corner standing higher because its foot is partly fitted.
Choose the compound for the actual floor and cleaning conditions. Remove abrasive debris from the contact faces during care, and inspect for wear concentrated along an edge. A replacement should retain the specified dimensions and material configuration. Changing only to a harder-feeling foot may not resolve a problem caused by the chair alignment or a mismatched inner profile.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. Each support should contribute to a stable stance without one corner standing higher because its foot is partly fitted. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
