A custom silicone case for LED use provides a flexible outer covering around a defined LED product or assembly. The shape should follow the housing and leave the areas needed for light output, controls, connections, and mounting appropriately accessible. The case is developed around that specific configuration rather than a universal LED size.
Review the cover with the product assembled and operating as intended. Its placement should not obstruct the light-emitting area or interfere with required ventilation and heat management. A soft outer layer does not establish an optical or thermal performance on its own. The complete product needs assessment with the case fitted.
Size, color, and material can be customized to suit the design. Consider how the case is removed for cleaning or service so that a narrow opening is not repeatedly overstretched. Keep residue away from the light-output area and inspect the fitting edges for damage. If the cover shifts over a control or opening, correct the fit before continued use of the assembly.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
