Product Overview

Rubber feet for metal chairs should fit the leg ends and establish compatible contact heights. The custom molded profile needs to account for the metal shape and any internal seam or projection. The floor-facing geometry should then suit the chair's normal orientation.

Inspect the leg end before fitting and remove loose contamination. A foot should reach its designed seat without being loaded from inside by a damaging edge. Compare the base thickness and seated depth across the relevant supports rather than matching only the visible outline.

Place the fitted chair on its normal surface and check for rocking or a foot resting unevenly. Select the compound for the surface and cleaning exposure. During care, keep grit from collecting under the rubber and inspect the retained region for splitting or movement. Replace damaged components with the correct internal profile and height instead of packing a loose fitting or mixing unrelated pads beneath the same chair.

Material options
Rubber compound options, customized alongside the profile and contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Solid rubber options: 30–90 Shore A. Rubber feet for metal chairs should fit the leg ends and establish compatible contact heights.
Custom geometry
Compare the base thickness and seated depth across the relevant supports rather than matching only the visible outline.
Fit evaluation
Place the fitted chair on its normal surface and check for rocking or a foot resting unevenly.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; OEM markings clear of the working interface.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
